Yokohama is celebrating its 150th anniversary as an open port in 2009 by showcasing its culture and history in a series of events. At the background is Cosmo Clock 21, a ferris wheel which doubles as the world’s largest clock, located at Yokohama Cosmo World in Minato Mirai 21 district.
