Sate

Sate is a Southeast Asian dish of marinated bite-size pieces of meat which are skewered then barbecued and usually served with a peanut - flavored dipping sauce. Sate is sold per stick at RM 3 (US$ .95) in Kota Kinabalu. You can try the pork sate, chicken sate, beef sate and the lamb sate which is my personal favorite.
