The gorgeous Pushkar lake which lies in the midst of this holy town has many legends associated with it creation. These legends all associated the Hindu god Lord Brahma with its creation as a result of which there is a beautiful white marble temple dedicated to Lord Brahma which is an important landmark in Pushkar.
